Citalopram - Insomnia? - zopiclone with citalopram

I took 20 mg in the morning almost a week, and my insomnia and mood is worse than ever. I sleep, literally, for 2-3 hours a night, just after taking zopiclone. Be Zopiclone is very addictive, and I am concerned. Even if I am desperately tired, I can not sleep at night. Has anyone an idea that could help me? Thanks
